Annual KJK Christmas Ball

Shihan Cliff, Shihan Ryan & Sensei Alan
giving the end of year speech
Annual Christmas Ball 2011

The annual Christmas Ball took place on Saturday the 3rd of December and was a huge success enjoyed by all those that attended.

This is fast becoming a traditional celebration and opportunity for the associations different Dojo's to come together to celebrate a year of training and continued success for Karate Jutsu Kai.

We had a record number of attendees this year and had lots of comments from the students and parents telling us how much they enjoyed the evening.

We hope to see you all next year and welcome the new students who will be able to attend the event.

The pictures taken from the evening are now online for viewing. Also, we would like to say a special thank you to Natasha Miller for all her hard work in organising this years Ball.

100% Pass Rate for Ashford Students Grading in Sept 11

We are extremely proud to announce that Ashford Students achieved 100% pass rate in their recent Grading. Sensei's Alan, Kim & Maxine are very proud of every student that took part in yesterday's grading and you were all fantastic representatives of our Dojo.

Our students showed good understanding of their Syllabus, which is an essential foundation of each students training and study of Martial Arts. Students must continue to bring their Syllabus' to class and study them in their own time.

With all achievements now is the time to focus on the road ahead and continue your development. Sensei Alan looks forward to seeing you all at training this week.

Beach Training Fun

Despite the force 10 wind and initial black clouds and rain, great training and fun was had at this year's beach training at camber sands!    A really big thank you to all that helped organise the event and who contributed food and drink,  and a massive thanks to Andy Burton and Stuart English for persisting with the wind and cooking some great, albeit gritty, burgers and sausages!!   Thank you to all the students and families that came and supported the event too.  Please check out the photo gallery of everyone training (and being buried) in the sand!   OSSU
